Hi Team,

it would be nice if you give us a hint if you are working on the environment or there are some downtimes. It seems to be that you are working today on the system because the Apps for apple and android are not working proper.
So we are checking very often the apps and not knowing why they are not still working proper.
If we have a notice then everything is fine!

    for example yesterday morning europe time between 08:00 and 10:00 o clock.
    i try several times to login to the app. and it was shown no connection to the device. so they seems to be offline.

    It may old app and FW to cause the problem.
    We will release new app and FW tomorrow.
