Hi Team,

in germany some providers offers multimedia receiver by ethernet. For example Deutsche Telekom uses VLAN 7 Tag for Multimedia. In this case we put the receiver on the multi on the ethernet ports and it does not work.
So question is there any VLAN Tag on the ethernet Ports?
In Nebula on the switches all vlans are tagged by system default.

for germany it is really important. It could be a showstopper in germany if we do not have this feature. Some consumer will put their multimedia receiver of the ISP on the Multy X.
So not only using for WiFi Access.

For comparison, Netgear's Orbi supports this.

Please help to clarify this request.
    According to product design,
Multy X should be connected behind the getaway/CPE,
so the getaway/CPE already have VLAN tag/untag feature,
then Multy X should receive packets without VLAN id.
At user's home, the topology may as below:

    Internet---getaway/CPE---Multy X(node1)  )))   ((( Multy X(node2)

Could you help to provide the detail scenario in Germany? Thanks.

    ISP (German Telekom) < - - > Fritz Box AVM < - - > Multimedia Receiver  < - -> TV

On the Fritz Box AVM he has also an AP on the Ethernet Port

    This environment works

With Multy X he setup the environment like this

    ISP (German Telekom) < - - > Fritz Box AVM < - - > Multy X < - - > Multimedia Receiver < - - > TV

And in this case it is not working

He did not get any channel on the TV
