Dear Nebula Users,
We have identified an issue with Facebook
authentication causing users unable to login through Facebook sign-on.
The problem is on Zyxel’s Facebook
App ID, right now we are working to resolve this account problem with Facebook
ASAP to recover the service.
If any urgency is required, to avoid the problem
you can setup your own Facebook App ID for Facebook login shown in the below
picture.
To configure a customized Facebook App. , please visit the configuration guide for detailed steps and
information.
