cannot access web interface

The IP address will not work for the  VMG 1312-B10D model using the default IP add: 192.168.1.1 any suggestions??

  You can check it any router's subnet mask as 192.168.1.0 in your network,
  If yes, then try to change the subnet mask of router.
  If not, you can try to reset your VMG device.
