The problem is that the NSA325 only supports SMB1, while (some versions of) Windows 10 dropped support for that.

You have 2 options (apart from ditching either Windows or your NAS). Reinstall (and re-enable) SMBv1 on Windows, or install a newer Samba on your NAS.
