Error creating previous account

Hi, try telnet to your NAS and type cat /etc/passwd to check if the account is still exist or not.
If yes, you maybe possible to use command "deluser" to delete it, ex: deluser myaccount.
Then try to create the same account through management page, but if the problem still exist, then you could only use other new account name or reset it to default.
