Static routes are not saved

My router is Keenetic Start
My firmware is NDMS    v2.05(AAKV.0)C7
I create static routes and its work fine. But after a reboot its do not available in the web interface and don't work. Although they are stored in startup-config and running-config :

ip route 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 192.168.9.1 ISP auto 1
ip route 78.111.186.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.9.1 ISP auto 1
ip route 192.168.9.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.9.1 ISP auto 1

If I do not specify an interface  ( ISP ) , the routes will enable in the web interface and will work after the reboot. How can I make the routes work after rebooting with the selected interface?
