The Zyxel moderators takes questions out of the forum to "contact you through private message".
This will solve only one customers problems. This is not good!

I have the same problem, in the same country, on the same phone as Datarzan...in his message of June 6 2018.
I have no clue about the fix!
This is wrong way to use this community board!

There is an iOS app problem!!! It does not connect!
