Modem AMG1302-T15C password under it is not correct....what can i do?

hello. im from Brazil and i use the Modem AMG1302-T15C. but i can´t acess using the ip adress cause the password under the modem is not right. what can i do?

Not sure if you get the AMG1302-T15C from your service provider or not?
The default user name and password should both on the back label.
You may try to reset factory default by pressing the RESET button to reset the default password. (long press the RESET button for more than 5-10 seconds)
If the password was still wrong, you may need to check with your service provider.0
