Router AMG1302 T11C, iPad and Chromecast are both connected to router but not talking to each other.

My broadband provider is Postoffice broadband, they have refused to help due to a 'security issue'. How can I solve this please.

    What’s your firmware version in AMG1302-T11C ?

    May I know it means you cannot use your iPad connect to the Chromecast, even them are both used the AMG’s WLAN ? How about using the other devices (PC or laptop), are they able to link with Chromecast ?
