NAS540 as router

Hi,

Would it be possible to configure NAS540 to act as a router between LAN1 and LAN2?

Ideally with Masquerading?

The BusyBox is stripped down, I can't find iptables or tcpdump in it.

Please let me know, thank you in advance.

  The kernel has no build-in iptables, nor is it possible to add it using modules. So masquerading is not possible with stock kernel.

  I think it can be used as router, by just configuring both NIC's and executing
  

  echo 1 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

  But that's without firewalling possibilities.
