Hi, I'm new here I do not know all that well. Could someone help me a step by step explanation of what I have to adjust my Fritzbox and the Multy X so that I can access my NAS from the internet. Many thanks in advance.

Currently, the WLAN in the Fritzbox is off. and the routing too. That's exactly what the Multy X does

Maybe you can try Multy X as Bridge Mode.

Topology:
Internet---Fritzbox---Multy X(Bridge Mode)---NAS
And configure port forwarding about NAS on Fritzbox.0 -
it is not work if it is not in bridge mode?0

It still can work, if Multy X is router mode, but there have double NAT in your environment. And when your NAS is connected to Multy X, it may hard to access from WAN side.0
