I have ”zysync server v2.00 stopped” in log file of NAS326, what this means?

It is Zyxel own application for backup, if you don't setup the backup to second Zyxel NAS, then the log of server stop should be not matter.

I will build up Amahi based server for backups but then I must use example rsync?

example rsync?
I am not sure what is that, but NAS has another rsync.
But, I guess if you build up a backup server which support rsync in server, then it should work ok.
if no, then you may choose MetaRepository, as I know it can help NAS to use rsync.0
