Can I move a working RAID5 set (4*6TB) from a NSA540 unit to a NSA542 without any problems.

  That NAS540 has firmware <5.10? It won't work. The volume is 18TB, and since firmware 5.10 no volume bigger than 16TiB is supported.

  Firmware is 5.04. Volume is 16.30TB.
