LG WK7 with Google Assistent work on guest nerwork, but NOT on my normal network

I have a new LG WK7 ThinQ speaker, with Google assistant. I get the speaker in the guest network working, but not in my regular network, It is in the network but does not work. Please help me

    So, LG WK7 ThinQ Speaker only works in Guest Network of NBG6816? When it connected to Main Network, what happened? And what do you mean it does not work? No respond or ... any detail explain.

    the problem has been solved, I have received a firmware update from Zyxel and now everything is running properly, thank you
