Upgraded my broadband and sent  new router above.I'm used to solid lights on router when not active this unit has a permanently flashing globe since installation  2 weeks ago. ISP says that's normal are they right?

    Zyxel 733349 is model number that comes up on my wifi

    Thanks for comment I could not find the model listed either. I still have the box somewhere I'll look up the label. Appreciate your reply.

    The model on box shows VMG 8924 B10 A followed by C8544B733349. It could be firmware, going to check with ISP. Regards.

    May I know who is your service provider? If you would like to know firmware version, you can login to GUI and go to status page to check it.
