Hello,I have a similar problem after firmware upgrade with my NGB6716, only the Power led is on and have tried the reset procedures mentioned, but no success.Please help me, thanks.0

Hello.
Same problem, router did’t boots up after firmware upgrade to the latest version.
It is impossible to connect to the router via LAN or FiWi.
Is there any solution for this problem?

What is the model name of your router? NBG6515?
Do you try to reset it? Does the problem still exist?
As far as I know, there is no firmware recover way for NBG6515.
I think you should directly contact your local Zyxel support.If your region is EU, you can contact them online via the link (https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/de/requests/new).
