Do Toshiba HDD´s work on Zyxel 326??

I´ve recently bought a Zyxel 326 and a Toshiba HDD (n300 4tb HDWQ140XZSTA) . I´ve followed the steps on the instructions, but all the times I´ve switch the HDD inside it is not detected by the device....
I suppose that it is not compatible, but is there any way to make it work ??

Go to Storage Manager > Hard Disk, does system detect Toshiba HDD?
Does the HDD LED of NAS326 light? Do you try to plug Toshiba HDD in different disk slot of NAS326?
