Aurora Cam notice of disconnection in the APP

Hi,

since sunday i get just an email notification that something happened and i can see the three pictures but if i started the app i get the notification that my camera is offline.

I am using iOS

    Do you mean when you open Aurora App, the camera will show offline? Or ...

    Can you share what is the firmware version of camera and App version?
    And what is the LED status?

    Firmware is V1.00(ABEQ.3)C0
    LED is turned off
    The funny thing is email notification is working but if i want to connect to the camera via app the camera is offline yes

    Have you try to reset and reinstall Aurora?
    It seems not normal. I never meet this problem in my ZYXEL camera.

    But what do you mean "i can see the three pictures"? Is it show on email notification?

    yes right it seems to be that the camera is still working because if an action takes care then i got an email notification. in this email notification there are three pictures of the event. that seems to be working fine.

    I will do a reset on the camera and then i will check it again.
