Why did Dell laptop lose connection with NAS326

Recently my Dell laptop can't reconnect to my NAS326. LED's on array not flashing and only three top lights on. Need to recover files from NAS326. Currently using direct cat between them. Previous cat 5 from NAS to Gateway when failed.

How do you connect to NAS326?
Does NAS326 has the IP address?
Do you able to access NAS326's web interface?

I connect via wireless from my laptop to my Comcast router and cat 5 to the NAS. The NAS is not discovered via the Zyxel starter utility. What is the NAS web interface
