I'm connected via cable to AMG1302-T11C, but 192.168.1.1 does not give me access to the router admin

i have full access to the internet... hence this question

    May I ask you met admin password always not correct? or if you try to access 192.168.1.1 GUI browser does not display?
    Please help to do a factory reset of your AMG, and clean the browser cookie. Then try to access 192.168.1.1 again. If still not work, please let me know your FW version (if you do not remember you can contact with your ISP :) )
