Hello everyone,
I have a NAS542 and everything works fine in my local network, but I can't access it from outside network, except for Zyxel Drive app.
zCloud works in the local network, but from outside it gives me this:
Some of my UPnP settings are disabled and I can't seem to enable:
My NAS is configured with Link Aggregation as described in this topic:
https://homeforum.zyxel.com/discussion/1296/nas542-link-aggregation-and-mac-address/p1
I have also set it up with fixed IP address and Gateway, because the gateway was reset to 0.0.0.0 after restart.
Maybe I haven't set up the router properly. Can I access remotely through HTTP, FTP, zCloud etc. I also don't have a static IP, I have a DDNS at zyxel.me.
Thanks!

have you tied to make port forwarding / dmz option on your router? maybe your ISP is blocking ports?0
