Dears, 
i have registered my usg310 to my portal, however i sold this usg to another client, is it possible to re-register 
services to the client portal ?

    Anyone who behind the USG and with administrator permission to login the USG
    management GUI can take register ownership of the device.
    Here the steps,
    1. Login to GUI, go to Licensing > Registration page. Click the "portal.myzyxel.com" link
    2. You'll redirect to myzyxel portal
    3. Login with the new owner's myzyxel account
    4. It's show up the device registration page of this device
    5. Click Submit button to take device register under the new account
