NAS540 - 500 Internal Server Error

Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem mit einem Ordner im Datei-Browser.
Wenn ich den Ordner öffnen will, kommt die Meldung ... " 500 Internal Server Error The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.".
Alle anderen Ordner lassen sich öffnen. Über Windows habe ich auch Zugriff auf den Ordner.
Kennen mich mit Linux nicht so aus.
Was kann ich machen, um das Problem zu beheben.

Die aktuelle Firmware ist die V5.21(AATB.3

An internal server error is probably caused by a disk error or a filesystem error. Have a look at the SMART data to see if it's a disk error.When it's not a disk error, and repairing the filesystem in the webinterface doesn't help,then I have here a thread about manually initiating a repair.0
