In addition to HomePlug LED no light, do you encountered other problem?
About HomePlug LED off, it means your PLA4201 does not connect to other powerline device. Do you have only one PLA4201 or more than one?

Hello Penny, I have a pair of the PLA4201 devices. Have replaced them with a pair of D-link powerline adapters that are working O.K.Curious as to whether the Zyxel items are defunct as they were working perfectly.0
