Hello.
I have not remotely access to my NAS. My brother have router 192.168.1.1 and I connect my router (192.168.2.1) by LAN (subnet). NAS is connected to my router (local ip 192.168.2.XXX with gateway 192.168.1.1) and its work fine in local.
I set DDNS on myZyxelCloud but if i use MYNAME.zyxel.me in browser that open site my brother router (like same http://192.168.1.1). I have no idea, where is problem.
I cannot use UPnP too. Both routers have UPnP enable, but NAS can't find any routers with UPnP supported. My router is Linksys WRT54GL

I think it may "Double NAT" network environment to cause this problem.
You can try to set Linksys WRT54GL as AP mode, it will have the same network segment (192.168.1.X) which all IP address will assign by your brother's router.
After that, you need to configure port forward rule on your brother's router.
- Port forward [external port <-> internal port], example: "8483" <-> "443".
Then, you should able to remotely access your NAS326 via "https://host_name.zyxel.me:port_number", example "https://abc.zyxel.me:443".
Also, you can refer to below links that how to configure AP mode.
