NAS520 lost config

Hi
my Nas520 lost the Configuration when I Shut Down. When I reboot the NAS than start it, but without the Hard Disk. 
Now I load the backup copy for recovery, and then he also finds the hard drive and all is Ok until I drive down again.

does anyone have an idea why ?

    Do you mean lost volume/disk?
    What is RAID type of your NAS520?

    no Raid, is only one WD Red Harddisk.
    I have now an Backup from all Files and make an complett reset with all Settings.
    If the error persists, I will contact you again with logfile.

    Everything a little messed up here. Now the Twonky server is on a different port
