How to reconnect Multy App to previously configurated Multy X

I have configurated Multy X with Multy App for Android without registering myZyxelCloud account. After migration to a new Android phone my Multy App appeared to lose configuration. How can I reconnect Multy App to previously configurated Multy X without resetting it?
