NAS326 after firmware update no user access

I was logged in at my nas326 as there came a message, that there is a new firmware update. I started this update and after installation the browser shows the new login screen. But now no userlogin was successful. Not the "admin" an not my user "trost.andreas" will work. What's wrong with the new firmware? How can i get access to the nas326?

Which firmware version you upgraded?
Do you have set some special characters in password of user's account?

I have the same problem. I just upgrade my Nas326 to a new firmware (V5.21(AAZF.9)C0) and can't log in to the web interface. I have special character in password.
What should I do?

You have to perform a factory reset. Press the reset button on the back, and keep it pressed until the box has beeped three times. About 25 seconds.
