How to change nat type?

Hello im looking to figure out how to change my nat type because every time I play video games on either pc or console I have a strict nat type and I want to figure out how to change it to an open nat type.

What model is your device?
Usual, you can access the GUI of the device, and find the network mode setting to switch the NAT mode to AP mode.0 -
