How to block HTTPS URLs for one device (MAC address)?

I have a VMG3925-B10B home router.
I am trying to block youtube for one device only.
When setting up the parental control rule, it says that HTTPS URLs cannot be blocked.
What can I do to disable/block access to an HTTPS URL for one device (one MAC address) only?

I want to block https://youtube.com for now, but does it really matter?
I may want to block other URLs in the future.
What public site does not use HTTPS nowadays? Blocking only HTTP is practically useless.0 -
As I know that HTTPS connection cannot be blocked by Parental Control and you can find the description in the User Guide.
