500 Internal Server Error on SSL

Hi to all, i need to upgrade my ssl certificate but when i try to reach system setting in ssl section i have this error, no reference in log...i have rebooted it and problem persist....how can i resolve?and how i can check what cause it??

We tried also with Safari and nothing.. it doesn't work!
