NAS540 vs NAS542

In this case all 4 disks are getting old(ish) and quite full as well.
Option 1 - Replace disks with new, bigger ones.
Option 2 - Buy a new NAS542 and disks.
Is worth upgrading from NAS540 to NAS540? Any obvious reasons?

No. It's the same hardware. The only difference is the color of the disk trays. (yellow on the 540, black on the 542).
