What does Green Solid LED mean?
I pressed the reset button for 5 seconds and the LED turn to green, then the device  fixed and no more respond.

    What is your device that had the green LED on after pressing the reset button?
    Please provide the model name of your device.

    Dear Sir,

    When you pressed the reset button while the Multy was booting up, the Multy would into the Boot mode.
    Please reboot the Multy U again without pressing the reset button.

    If you would like to reset your Multy U, please pressing the reset button when it glows blue, red, or purple(Pink/Blue).

    hi i have the same issue with a WSR30 it is stuck in "green led" when restarting it is yellow but then solid green

    any help to resolve this most welcome

    Do you try to reset the device, does the symptom still the same?
