Connect wifi printer to Multy X (without WPS)

Hi. My wifi printer is connected to my router. I want to change it to be connected to my Multy X Wifi, but there's no WPS button on the Multy X units to help me.
Could I rename my Multy X units to be the same wifi name as the router? Would that work?
