Zyxel T50 modem power light is always red.

Hi,
Can anyone help me with the issue with my modem.
After connecting it to power supply power button always remains red and it does not detect any internet signal.
Also, I tried factory reset by pressing reset button for 5 minute but that did not help either.

If the power led is always red, my suggestion is to contact the local support for the help.
