What is your goal? The NAS runs Apache, which serves the webinterface, and if you install the MySQL package, it alse runs a database.

I am trying to run CMS on it.0

Ah right. In that case stock Apache won't work, as it lacks some modules (Only the modules needed for the firmware are included), and it's outdated. You can install Entware, (via MetaRepository) which has an up to date Apache, including a ton of modules, and MariaDB.But you'll have to fiddle with ports, as running 2 Apaches is not default.0

How do I get Entware? Because I do not see that on the Apps List.0

You have to install MetaRepository first. Scroll down for instructions.Or you can install Entware manually, following this instructions.0

Thanks Mijzelf. The instruction is a little confusing. Especially at step 2.0

Which instruction? For MetaRepository or for Entware?

Yes, the one you just posted above, I tried to follow it. But it is confusing for me.0

I posted 2 instructions, one for MetaRepository, and one for Entware. Both have a step 2.
