Zyxel Multy Plus WSQ60 2 units home unit consistently getting errors every week. Wifi loses internet connection, then a red lamp that requires restart.
Im unable to retrieve logs as they are encrypted. Any idea how to fix this issue? It seems to hit around the same time in the morning.

    1. May I know your Network topology?
    2. How did the red LED behave? was the LED keep blinking or stay solid?
    Blinking red means that the Multy is resetting (Fast blinking) or the error during the firmware upgrade(Slow blinking).
    Solid red on the main unit means the Multy is disconnected from the Internet. 
    3. Does the disconnection issue happen at a regular timing?(EX: every Saturday at 5 PM.)
    4.What is the firmware version multy device currently using?
    5. Please try to switch another Ethernet cable to connect with your Multy.
