G5 Config Backup / Restore options

I had to reset and redo the config on my Armor G5 this morning.  I was having trouble passing data.  Durning the reset and setting up the G5 again, there was a message that stated the config is backed up to the Zyxel Cloud.  Is this correct?  Where is it? How do I restore it? Can I manually issue a save or is it done automatically? Do I have to be logged in through the Zyxel for this feature to work or will being logged in locally work also?

    We do not have a backup option for the configuration on the web gui .

    We’ll evaluate the feature.
