Removing license from site

Hi,

I have a few organizations in Nebula with no devices, but still active licenses. I want to delete these organizations, so how do I delete/remove the active licenses?

    If you are the organization owner or delegate user, you can transfer the license in MSP portal.

    Hi Chris,

    The companies i'd like to delete are not listed in the License Transfer window.

    That is mean you're not the owner in this org. you can check the owner account in Organization-wide> Administrators, and use this account or ask this owner to escalate your account as "delegate user" as following screenshot.
