Is it possible to turn off the lights on the nebula AP's?

you can find it in general settings "AP LED lights"

You could turn off here as WebberIT reply. ( Site-Wide -> Configure )

You can also go to the AP list, tick the devices you want to turn LED off and add the tag "LED_Off" as shown:

I personally prefer this way since not all my devices need to have the LED off
