How do you save configurations before reset ? Zyxel ATP 200

Hi guys,
I have a question : How do you save configurations on a firewall Zyxel ATP 200 before reset this one ?
Knowing that the password has been modified but i dont know why it answer me " Acces denied".
I absolutely need to acces to the interface web and the console with login and password.
If someone could help me, that would be nice.
