Increase duration option for Guest Vouchers

We have a few marina clients, and their guests stay for long durations.  It would be nice to have the option for Vouchers to either never expire, or increase the Duration to up to 360 days.

    Hi @TAPTech

    Can you share with us why the customer needs the voucher users for long time? We want to realize the usage. The design for voucher is used for the hotspot which will release the account in a short time. If you need the account to remain for longer, we suggest to use cloud authentication as Guest. This will also help to identify users.

    The voucher is just an easier process. Creating guest users would work as well, but is just a few more steps. We like the simplicity of the voucher.

    Got it. We will consider about your idea. However, we still suggest to use Guest user if the customer will stay for a long time since the we can monitor the connection session easier via Guest user.
