Hi everyone,

im facing problem with my IDP on my Zywall 310

It´s block Whatsapp sending and recieving files.

How can i solve within disabling the IDP

    Hi @juan_moreno,
    When you are sending and receiving files by WhatsApp, do you see any IDP blocking log on “Monitor > Log > Category=IDP” ?

    i've WhatsApp successfull running trough a USG with IDP ;)

    What i've done
    1. stay sure, the following Patterns are not active in your IDP Profile


    2. I've the following 3 additional ports configured on the USG to get fully connected with WhatsApp

    Port 5222-5223/tcp
    Port 3478/udp

    With this configuration, WhatsApp can be used from the LAN to the WAN (with active IDP).
