NAS326 Backup Hourly

Hey guys, newbie to NAS326.  What's the best method in the Backup section of GUI to setup an External USB backup hourly and only update changes to current or newly added files ?

    Hi,

    It depend on what scenario you would like to use.
    In the user guide Table 157 Page 286.
    Choose the Create a New Folder for Copied Files,if you would like to keep every backup.
    Or you need only the backup files, then you choose Backup Files to be Replaced.
