Nebula CC Availability / Status

Hi, is there any place that I can see Nebula CC availability or status from last 30 or more days? We are evaluating this Zyxel Solution for a big MSP but unable to find any info regarding availability.

Also, this services is hosted in AWS or another Cloud Provider?

    Thank you for your interests in Zyxel Nebula Solution :) , status page of Nebula CC has not been available yet but we do have Nebula Status and Incidents page in forum, please refer to this link, and it’s allowed to check 30 days or more of the system incident report of Nebula.

    As to your second question, yes, we host in AWS.
