Problem with file list on Nas326

Hi everyone!
I am absolutely rookie in this whole nas “business”. I bought a Nas326 for home use. I have a 2020 Samsung Smart tv.
The problem is that the displayed file name seems to be corrupt for some of my folders. (I have the same name for half of the folder). On the other hand if I check the same directory in my ipad everything seems to be ok, so I think that the metadata is not corrupt. How can I rebuild the media database? How to fix the issue?
Any help appreciated.

    Hi,

Do you mean the file browser on the NAS page?
Could you share the screenshot of the corrupt folder?

No, I mean on my smart tv.
In the file browser of the NAS GUI all the names are correct. On my ipad I see correct metadata. But on the tv... few directories are messed up...

I had finally some time to take few pictures about my “directory issue”.
First picture shows the directory from Nas gui.
Second picture shows the same directory with metadata on my ipad (Infuse pro)
The third is the folder view on my Samsung 2020 qhd smart tv. The majority of the folders are displayed correctly, there are few more or less corrupted...

    Hi,
It looks like encoding translation error on Samsung tv, since other device could display well.
