Hi
we have had a problem with a few of our NWA1123-ACv2's recently. When you add them to Nebula, no matter what site, the power drops to 0 for both WIFI bands.
Standalone they are fine but Nebula seems to be causing this.
Existing AP's are all fine and the only way I can tell these aren't working is...
a) no clients are ever allocated
b) in the web gui for the specific faulty AP, I can see 0 power allocation 2.4 and 5ghz.

Also, on Nebula, you see the channel drop off.

The AP's have the latest firmware on them

    Hi @BVT

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!

When APs add to Nebula, are they in status online?

You have to wait until AP up to date after configurations changes.

We’d like to help you on checking the settings on Nebula if you agree with that.

Please enable the Zyxel support at Help > Support request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator, and provide the Org and Site name for me via private message.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Bella

    Hi @BVT

After checked the site, we found you use the Tag on all APs but missed to assign on these 2 APs.

The APs will work properly after apply tag configurations, feel free to let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you

    Regards,

    Bella
