Did you register AP on nebula?
By default AP's NCC discovery is enable and it will keep trying connect to Nebula after factory reset.
If you don't unregister AP from NCC, it will be managed by NCC again.0 -
The problem is that it has difficluty connecting to NCC so we took it down physically to factory reset.
We plug pen in and it doesnt work.
We go inside 192.168.1.2 but no option to factory reset.
Please advice.0 -
I think device reset to factory default already. Because the AP's default ip is 192.168.1.2 if you don't have DHCP server in networking environment.I just plug and play then AP can connect to nebula successfully.what's problem you met?0

Blinking red and green for a long time.
Go inside 192.168.1.2 dont know how to reset0 -
I assume your environemt has no DHCP server. because AP keep in 192.168.1.2
Check your router's ip address and login into AP to configure ip address as same with router's subnet.
For example:
router ip address is 192.168.1.254
You can set AP ip address is 192.168.1.100 mask 255.255.255.0 default gateway 192.168.1.254
DNS : 8.8.8.8
It should work.0 -
Hi @businessuer
If you used the reset button, after around 10 seconds, the LED will be steady oranage then go to blink green and orange. It means the AP is starting to reset to default.
If you want to apply the default configuration via GUI, please go to MAINTENANCE > File manager > Configuration File and apply the system-default.conf.
If you want to apply the default configuration via SSH, please login the AP and apply the below CLI then reboot the AP.
Router> copy /conf/system-default.conf /conf/startup-config.conf
Router> reboot

The 30-30-30 reset. If the any instructions don't work you can always try the 30-30-30 reset as follows:When router is powered on, press the reset button and hold for 30 seconds. (Use a paper clip or something sharp)While holding the reset button pressed, unplug the power of the router and hold the reset button for 30 secondsWhile still holding the reset button down, turn on the power to the unit again and hold for another 30 seconds. This process usually works for resetting any router to it's factory setting.
