LTE3316 bug report: Interface Status incorrect for IPv6

Since there's no way I can find to report bugs with Zyxel, just noticed a small one: the Interface Status indicates "Cellular WAN" = OFF when there's actually a functioning and active IPv6 connection.
It seems that this status flag only checks IPv4 connectivity, not IPv6.
